fantastic hotel experience

I found the staff friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast buffet had generous and fresh options. I especially enjoyed the variety available. the rooftop restaurant provided amazing 360 views. the location allowed for easy walks to the city center and transportation hubs.
The hotel was quite pricey. I reminded me of some amenities should have been included for the cost. i didn't appreciate having to pay extra for some services.

the breakfast in the expedition hall had attentive waiters and great selection. i observed live jazz during dinner in the expedition hall, and it added a great atmosphere. the rooftop japanese restaurant offered enjoyable lunches.

the hotel is a block away from the train station entrance. it allowed easy access to the airport and other metro connections. the hotel's location, slightly outside the city center, made walking convenient.

I found the rooms very clean and beautiful. The evening turndown service was a treat! the hotel had art deco furnishings and fixtures throughout. rooms have still water and sparkling water. There is a bottle to fill in the room.

The room I booked, a Twin Alcove, felt quite small for the price (I should have paid more attention to the photos). It lacked basic amenities. This proved inconvenient after a long day. I also found that there wasn't any complimentary drinking water provided in the room.

The hotel showcases intricate details and a gentle touch of Scandinavian contemporary design. I enjoyed the techno-gym equipped gym and wellness facilities. The rooftop sauna overlooks the pool and is astonishing. All staff were fantastic and cute.
I found the hotel a little too focused on extra charges for amenities, things I assumed would be included.

The hotel is in a lovely part of town with a tram stop right outside. It is convenient to many attractions. The location feels a little set back and is not as busy as the city center. It is lovely and quiet there.

The hotel breakfast had a wide variety of fresh options. The Eggs Benedict and Belgian waffles were highlights. There was a substantial buffet selection. I also enjoyed the main course, reindeer with red wine sauce, from the chef's menu.

The staff was super friendly. Dominic offered great local knowledge and tips. A staff member named Velde were great too make sure I had everything I needed. I would like to thank them.
